LAPASTA srl is a dynamic and responsive company that pays constant attention to quality and service. Our products are made with the objective to bring home-made quality to a large scale, using the best technology and the utmost in hygienic preserving techniques.

Flaky pastry, with its high content of fresh eggs, is processed through controlled and modern procedures: the best flour and semolina are mixed with particular attention to granulometry, in order to obtain the best preservation of starch and sugars for the entire preservation period. These procedures guarantee a high yield of finished product, making it easy and practical to use in cooking, along with a high degree of resistance in cooking times.

For the filling, we use Piedmontese beef certified and controlled at its origin. Italian cheeses and vegetables are mixed together in light and flavourful recipes, where the filling delicately reveals its taste. The raw materials are kept, according to their type, in dedicated storage cells and are controlled in compliance with its technical sheets; they are purchased intact from the best suppliers and processed internally.

The recipes are chosen based on the season and the clients' preference, to whom we provide advice and assistance. We make ourselves available to listen to and follow the clients' needs, ensuring that their requests are fulfilled with professionalism and passion, providing or creating specific products for specific markets.
